I don't think I've ever done a monthly review before but I was really proud of how my January shaped up and wanted to share. I ended up running more miles this month than I did during any month from 2012 (which is very telling of my 2012 mileage). I also supplemented my runs with some time on the elliptical and arc trainer at the gym. I am loving the gym and it has been so motivating for me! I've even lifted weights!

* On most rest days I at least took the dogs for a longish walk.
